Food Pantry Toy Drive

This year of 2021 has continued to be unprecedented in so many ways. We at True Life Fellowship have chosen to do a Christmas Toy Drive for the children in our community to try to bring some JOY into their lives. We would love to have you to join us in our collection this year!

Here are the items we are looking for kids ages 1-18:
Something to wear…gloves, scarves, knit hats, socks….
Something to read…yes, an actual book or comic book or coloring book!
Something to eat…candy.
Something fun…a new, unwrapped toy or game or piece of sports equipment.

Our due date to collect everything is December 20th, so start shopping! I am open at the
pantry on the 2nd and 4th Saturday’s from 8am – 1pm if you would like to drop off your donations then.

Thank you so much for your support!

11/27 at 8am, normal pantry distribution.
12/25 at 10am, normal pantry distribution along with gifts (tbd).

Hello TLF Family,

True Life Pantry is in its 12th year of serving our local community.  During this season of quarantine, we are still opening our doors and hearts to those who rely on these services.

We are having to approach our distribution of the food in a creative and healthy way for both clients and volunteers. We were both blessed and emotionally strengthened by our time last Saturday by all the warmth and gratitude from everyone.

Oregon Food Bank and this pantry are essential services that will continue to remain open on our regular day and hours. The food donations are coming in regularly, and there is enough food for everyone. If you would like to make a monetary donation, please do so through our Online Giving.

Below are some pictures of our experience last pantry. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

Hunger is a vicious circle that just doesn't stop, and neither does our concern for our neighbors. Love  cannot be quarantined! Galatians 6:2 says, "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."

Blessings True Life Family,

Lisa & Paul Harwood

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to let you know that the pantry format for providing food is going to completely change until further notice. For your safety and the safety of others, we will be a very small crew until the health issue ends. We will let you know when we will need volunteers again.

We will still be open at 10am on the 28th (subject to food availability) if you need food assistance, but we will be serving clients in their vehicles. Watch for myself or a designated volunteer as you drive into the parking lot.

Please be safe and well.

Love,

Lisa & Paul Harwood
